We will give you a 20% referral each month from the management fee earned from your referral plus $100 after the property is rented.  In addition, your client will be referred back to you when he or she decides to sell  Additionally, when the tenant of your referral decides to purchase, we will refer the tenant to you.. 

We maintain a close relationship with local Realtors who refer their rental clients to us with the knowledge that their broker-client relationship will be protected.  We also offer cooperative rental referral fees for Realtors who refer prospective rental residents.
